About the Las Vegas A's baseball team & ballpark being built where the Tropicana once stood on the LV strip.
New renderings show the entire complex, beyond the ballpark itself, to include hotel high rises, shopping / dining / entertainment places, etc. Bally's will also have a casino & sports book there. But the construction will be in phases. The casino probably won't open for another 4 or 5 years (or more?). Maybe they planned all along for this "rebirth" after the name change from the old Bally's (now Horseshoe) further north on the LV strip?
