Re: Value is the KEY...
In Response To: Re: Value is the KEY... ()

thanks for the kind words... I've considered it, and recently considered being involved with the MOGH
but I don't think I would be much good without being able to have a clear plan and the ability to make
changes.

The organizational structure/bylaws would need to be amended before any real shot
at meaningful organizational growth could happen with the CCA. Advocating for that change will be a
rocky road.

The CCA needs an organizational structure of a business, not an all volunteer club.

We also need to figure out when we are planning for the future... will the MOGH need its
own 5O1c3 to be successful?

Would the CCA agree to be a fiscal agent towards that happening?... because it takes time
and the budgets need to be separate.

If the MOGH does get its own 501c3, and have its own BOD and budget... Where does the
CCA stand with the chipguide? Could it be co-owned?

There is a lot of stuff to figure out with the club and planning for growth. The biggest leap
would be convincing membership that the CCA needs to not be beholden to their vote on
organizational decisions. We need a BOD that can work without having to deal with membership
weighing in on everything, it causes too much division.
