I know that G. Williamson (UK) wasn't a CCA member and he was very active in submitting and has brought up the fact that it shouldn't be difficult to understand there are people who do not care to join clubs.

Pitty, here we are a club that is all about education and we prohibit non CCA members to search and learn.
