I paid for a chip too which I haven't gotten yet.

If it was a scam it was a very good one. I had several good communications with the seller last Friday then nothing; he was very knowledgeable about chip prices and very articulate. Paid for one but was set to purchase a much more expensive one upon receipt of a scan.
