I reviewed the chip pics he was selling and asked him for prices on 3 chips I was potentially interested in. He did send back prices to me, but they were far enough above my target price that I didn't even make a counteroffer. Told him I had to pass, and that's the last exchange I had with him.

I'm pretty sure (but not positive) I bought a chip or 2 from that username on eBay (shoeboxchips) a few years ago, though I didn't remember the seller's real name and don't have records going back that far. That eBay transaction went smoothly, but I don't know either way on your current situation.

Hope it turns out OK & that maybe he's just out of town or something?
