Just to clarify, all non-lifetime CCA Memberships expire QUARTERLY (specifically at the end of March, June, September or December).

Accordingly, members who do not renew will have their accounts set to Inactive during the following months of April, July, October or January.

If the desire is to prevent someone who doesn't continue a CCA Membership from continuing to have access to the ChipGuide, forcing a re-logon quarterly would accomplish that.

For practical reasons, it is my opinion that requiring a re-logon MONTHLY is the best compromise between enforcing the membership rules and minimizing the impact to the ChipGuide users.
