I like option 1 because sometimes posts are a mix...for example Chuck's posts are chip related, when they have a chip, but they also have cartoons which aren't chip related.

Also...NCR=not chip related, or not casino related? Over the years there have been plenty of posts where someone has posted something casino related, and apologized if it wasn't chip related.
