() I can get to the ChipGuide start page, but no images shown anywhere. All broken.
Same Mac/Safari use as Doug Deems. Worked fine until the migration. I haven't tried to determine what the problem is. To my knowledge, I don't have any exotic settings or extensions, but "it is what it is", as they say.
The rest of this message, below, is just for diagnosis for Charles ... otherwise, likely not applicable for anyone (except maybe Doug D.)
My Mac runs macOS Monterey 12.7.6 and Safari 17.6, which are not the very latest versions, but they serve up jpeg images, etc. just fine on every other website I visit (including the chipboard.com) and from the pre-migration ChipGuide. While it's an older computer, it serves my needs. It doesn't make sense for me to spend $$$ just to get ChipGuide.
In quick research, it appears that the latest macOS version is Sequoia, which is a version 15 operating system. However, my computer is topped out at updating to "Monterey" version 12.7.6. The latest Safari is 18.6, but I'm topped out at 17.6.
Besides, when I use my iPhone and its Safari browser, I also get broken images, just like on the desktop. It would seem the migration should be backward-compatible to some extent, especially in just delivering something as basic as a bunch of jpegs, but I'm not a tech specialist. I check once a day, and if still broken, I move on to other things. Being ChipGuide-less isn't the end of the world. JMHO.
