There is a problem with the ChipGuide sending out emails to certain email systems, like GMAIL. GMAIL is rejecting them because of authentication issues. I have the ISP working to resolve this. In the mean time, if you cannot logon because of an expired password and you are not getting the email to set a new password, please send me an email with your name and CCA membership#. I will issue a new temporary password that you can use to logon until the email problem is fixed. Thanks and I appreciate your patience and understanding while we transition to the new server.
