Final communications from Flight 93
Todd Beamer's call
While speaking with a GTE airphone operator, Lisa Jefferson, Beamer confirmed his plan to lead other passengers in an attempt to retake the plane. He had Jefferson recite the Lord's Prayer with him and asked her to contact his family if he didn't make it. His final words to Jefferson were his signal to act: "Are you guys ready? Okay, let's roll".
