The MoGH was featured on KLAS TV here in Las Vegas

earlier today.

Local TV Anchor and Weatherman, Nate Tannenbaum, regularly features a segment called "Coffee Cup Salute". It is a Community Service effort for non-profits and other entities. MoGH Board member Paula Newman, was instrumental in providing 3 MoGH coffee cups/mugs and some copy (the "Announcement" shown below) to Nate and today was the airdate!

This video plays on the KLAS Facebook page, as well as on the KLAS website.

More information about the 'Friends of the MoGH' Project will be provided in the near term.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Calling all hotel/casino people, both past and present; and community people as well.

Those of you who worked in the old glory places and dealt to or waited on the stars like Sinatra and Elvis, and were treated like friends. If you are saddened by the
“corporatization” of today, and miss the family atmosphere that once was, The Museum of Gaming History is looking for you.

We are embarking on a drive to create “The Friends of the Museum of Gaming History” with people who want to help secure the
future of a museum that will validate the existence of the Desert Inn, Dunes, Sands, Aladdin, Stardust, Riviera, and others; the places that made Las Vegas great.

These people will be the driving force that reaches out into the community to spread the word, assist with fundraising, donor relations, and events.
