Regrettably, Prim is doomed to oblivion. The only action there is at the California lotto store.

I doubt that a Miracle Worker could revitalize the casinos in Prim. CA Indian casinos and improved automobile performance cast the death knell and, like Whisky Pete, the end is here unfortunately and there is no coming back from the grave IMO.
