First of all I have used "Friends & Family" a number of times in the past with no problems. Maybe not in the last six months and I'm pretty sure their web site has changed. If I have a business account then everything makes sense but I have no idea why I would have a business account. How can I determine whether my account is business or personal? The instructions on how to upgrade or downgrade an account only give instructions on upgrading to a business account which kind of implies that my account is personal. I spent 15 minutes on hold at PayPal. So thanks for the help but can someone tell me how to tell whether my account is business or personal? If it's personal then I need to figure out where is the F&F option. Thanks again in advance.
