Back in 1996 to celebrate my 50th Birthday. My friend Bill Miller and I took a 3 week tour of Nevada and hit every Casino North of las Vegas, It was quite the trip and we put over 4000 miles on a brand new Cadillac Sedan DeVille that we rented in Salt Lake City at the airport.
Anyway, we ended up one night in Winnemucca and stayed at the Winner's Inn Casino and Motel. The room we got didn't have any heat and we almost froze to death it was the beginning of April and it got really cold in Winnemucca.
In spite of our troubles in Winnemucca overall we had a fabulous trip and went to a bunch of old Casino that are now long gone. I miss Bill Miller and the good times we had back in the 1990's traveling together and "shooting" craps all over the Country.
