This MOP Was shipped to me by a postage stamp dealer in France, in a lightweight, onion skin envelope (unprotected) which was almost the same exact size of the plaque (4.50 x 2.75 inches) and arrived in its original state of preservation without any fragile rubber stamp or anything else saying it was fragile.
