I'm not sure I understand your question.
I know this is about "Antique Chips" and perhaps about the coding systems Dale Seymour used?

I would call the top pair "3 concentric circles" and the bottom pair "2 concentric circles", though to express the difference in them, you'd have to get out a millimeter ruler and measure how far in from the edge the circles started. (Or maybe there's an agreement with the examples you show called Type 1 thru Type 4 or something?)

I'm just making this up, as I'm not an Antique Chips collector. (I find them interesting sometimes, just not an area I specialize in at all)
