When an CCA associate member recently requested a ChipGuide membership, we discovered that the CCA has a different associate member code then was initially expected. That resulted in reworking all the ChipGuide programs that interact with the CCA membership table, including Logon, Password Reset and Membership Request. Normally changes like this require a lot of testing, but it was done on the fly to get things moving quickly.

If you had any problems related to logging on to the ChipGuide, changing your password or requesting a ChipGuide membership, they should be resolved now, please try again. LMK ASAP if you still are having any issues. Thanks.

New ChipGuide Logon Procedures

The ChipGuide recently put in a new logon process.

1) If you already have a ChipGuide Membership, then you will just need to get a new password:

http://chipguide.themogh.org/cg_pswd_reset.php

Once you get the new password, you can logon. Done.

2) If you do NOT have a ChipGuide Membership, first you will need to request one:

http://chipguide.themogh.org/cg_mbr_rqst.php

Once your Membership Request is approved, then you can set your password and logon.

Notes:
If you have already done this, no need to redo it.
Your logon will be valid for 1 week, then you will need to logon again.
Your password will be valid for 1 year, then you will need to request a new password.
ChipGuide memberships are available to all CCA members.
