I'm only aware of 4. Of course there could be more that I'm not aware of.

Many years ago Rich Burgel found an old bartender from the Apache (to the best of my recollection), and bought 3 chips from him. Either 2 pink and 1 blue, or 2 blue and 1 pink....and we have one orange chip.
