Maybe this has already been reported, but was news to me --

Hard Rock is building a big casino "Hard Rock Tejon" in conjunction with the Tejon tribe in southern California. Target opening is December 2025. Table games, slots, hotel, restaurants ... the whole works!

Just off I-5 north of LA but south of Bakersfield -- about 1-1/2 hours north of downtown LA (plus additional 45 minutes for me, in Orange County).

Go over the "grapevine*" on I-5 and down the other side.
(* Trivia: That's what short-lived "Top of the Vine" casino was named for.)
