I can vouch for Rob if you have concerns about sending money to him via Friends & Family (as there's no recourse if you send money to a scoundrel that way). He's a great guy and valued member of the CCA. He helped me inventory our club's assets this past June after our convention. One of the storage units was exposed to Vegas summer heat and he was a trooper through it all for 3 straight days!
