Here's one that I've been needing but I didn't know I needed it since it wasn't in the ChipGuide. It is V5570 and is LTD200. Thanks Westen for an excellent transaction!

Note: there were also .25 chips issued for 1996, 1997, 1998, & 1999; all LTD200. The 1996 version is in the chipguide but the others are not. If anyone has extras, I am looking for 1997, 1998, & 1999.
