There is a lengthy description of these statues by a guy from whom I bought my first statue. He got the statue from someone who attended opening night at the Flamingo. He relates that 200 were made but many had gotten broken as they're pretty delicate so maybe there are a hundred existing. I think this guy's description is the source of everyone else's claim of the 200/100 estimates. The many eBay auctions does seem like a lot of statues. I believe the maker also made identical statues but without the Flamingo stamp on the bottom.
