On August 1st when you go to the ChipGuide you will not be logged on. When you go to the Logon page, it will be the revised logon using your CCA# and password. If you try to logon, you will get a message saying your password has expired, and give you a link to the PASSWORD RESET page. Instead, you can skip trying to logon and go directly to the PASSWORD RESET screen. When you fill in your CCA#, it will send an email to you using the email that you have on file with the CCA. (It is important that the CCA has your correct email, otherwise you will not be able to logon. The ChipGuide Membership Checker, https://chipguide.themogh.org/cg_mbr_chk.php , will show your email address.) When you get the email, it will have a button to verify your email and send you to the page where you can set your new password. When you complete getting a new password, you can then logon. I know it sounds like a lot, but it should take no more than a minute.
