Good enough and can be opened.
I think grading would only be good for a few chips
anyway but not really necessary unless someone thinks
that their pristine chip is worth twice as much as the other
persons in lesser condition? But who would care anyway.
Of course the better the condition the better value and could
be sold for a bit more and that’s good enough.
But to each his own
