Thank you to everyone. There was a few things that had to be dwo pro one during the CCA's convention and that iw why I couldn't attend this year. I hope to be there next.
Focusing on the youth has always been done. We have many different programs that are popular with 5he youth. One online youth only zoom club has in 3 months grown to over 100 members with their first journal at 60 pages.
Every club has two problems, the first is how to keep them collecting through college and their first years into the workforce and two the majority of current members are 45+years and most aging out. Good example is we had the largest class of 50 year members receiving they pins last year.
The CCA has one additional problem attracting youth is that unless the parents are willing to help they can't collect chips on their own. They must go through a second party and pay a premium to collect what others can buy for face value by walking up to a casino cage.
