Just last night at the 2nd to last, final meeting of the SNCCC, Carl Osborne noted seeing a bunch of these in the 70's, at an antique store here in Vegas, before he started collecting chips. He said they were available at giveaway pricing, and in fact, he bought a handful and gave them away to coin collectors over the years.
