These questions are about the $5 Treasure Island Mystere chip. The info on the inlay shows OOR-Black. I believe it to be just OR-Black. In James 4th Edition this chip is a 2nd issue. The ChipGuide has this chip in the Limited Edition Chips section where as The Chip Rack states 50,000 chip were produced. I'm just curious as to what makes this a limited edition chip.
