There is no mass transit near there, I have heard it's landfill and gives off high levels of methane gas as well, and has other issues. Times Square and near Citi Field seem like better choices, let alone the Aqueduct and Belmont complexes or Nassau Coliseum. I suspect Empire Casino in Yonkers is also a better choice. In any case, we will find out on December 1st, when licensees are supposed to be revealed.

I read that eight applications were submitted on time. It would be interesting to see which locations are in the running.
