BoD meeting minutes and Annual Meeting minutes are two different things.
The BoD minutes should be approved at the next meeting (so you should be approving the ones from the zoom meeting at beginning of June).
Annual meeting minutes should be approved at the next annual meeting and they are approved by the membership, NOT the BoD.
You have to remember that the constitution and bylaws do not bother to restate basic provisions of company law or what is permitted under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
