Non members should not be attending meetings (particularly the annual meeting).
We are a corporation and have to follow laws accordingly.
Meetings are the equivalent of shareholders meetings. Non shareholders can not attend.
Same goes for notices of meeting (period of notice and distribution etc.), approval of business meeting minutes (can ONLY be approved at the next annual business meeting).
