For those of you who may not already know, I am excited to be your new CCA Membership Officer.
I took over for Jay Sands who stepped down from the position at the annual business meeting on June 14th.
First of all, I would sincerely like to give a huge Thank You to Jay for the work he has done for many, many years to help keep the club going!
I also want to thank him for being generous with his time helping me get up to speed on all the things this position entails.
As I get the membership database organized, I would love your help in communicating with me any Membership matters that you might have. You can reach me by sending an email to MEMBERSHIP@CCGTCC.com.
1. If you feel you are due an Anniversary Pin that you haven’t received, please let me know, and I will research the date you joined the club and will send you a pin if you are due.
Please note that Jay has had many pins returned in the past with undeliverable addresses, so please include your mailing address in your email, and I will check to make sure we have the correct information in the database.
2. If you feel like you have been missing communications from the club (Renewal Reminders, New Member Packets, Casino Collectible News Magazines or anything else), please send me an email and I will check the email and mailing address information we have for you on the database so we can get it updated.
3. If you are curious about the status of your CCA membership, when your membership is due for renewal, or simply want to know when you joined the club so you can plan for those awesome Anniversary pins, please send me an email and I will be happy to share that information with you.
I am really looking forward to the future of the club and am going to do all I can to help the membership numbers reverse course and get back to increasing in members.
