Yes, that's the one. I've heard them called "TINA hybrid" chips, though I'm not expert in these. The TINA is for the company (or seller) in China that makes them; the hybrid is because, though they are ceramic, not clay chips, they are able to do mold indentions like the Small Crown mold (or their name, Cap Dash) and other replica molds.

Quite impressive with how they can emulate classic chips that are not available anymore. But danger too if passed off as genuine casino-played chips. The giveaway is usually the injection mold ring on the edge of the chip, unless there's a way to polish it until it disappears. (Besides, in real life they don't look or feel the same as the classics. But in an online picture or auction, it can be hard to tell the difference.)
