According to Wikipedia, the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians operates five Kewadin casinos in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The properties are located in the towns of Sault Ste. Marie, St. Ignace, Hessel, Manistique, and Christmas. The tribe has also proposed to build a sixth property in the Lansing area, but that project has been dormant for some years now.
