Great addition to the ChipGuide!

3 points / questions --

1. I can't come up with a Pentagon example. Was it listed in a manufacturer's guide (Paulson) or somewhere? It's not in the Herz book (pg. 25), though it was published in 1995 and there are others that have come out since then.

Have you asked Jay if he can do a search on his TCR database under the "Inlay" column to see if a PENTA shape comes up?

2. TRI -- I've always thought of it as "Tri-POINT" (or tri-lobe), not Triangle. Herz also calls it Tri-point. (and it looks nothing like a Triangle). Suggest you change names to Tri-point.

3. PMSC (Slug Core) - for those curious what PMSC stands for, my understanding is it's "Plastic Molded Slug Core". If you want to add that to the chart.

Again, really great addition to the ChipGuide. Thanks Administrators! grin
