Tahoe Nugget

Today's "Chips for today" come again from "JIM KELLEY'S NUGGET" which is located on Highway 28 in Crystal Bay, on the north shore of the Lake. This location use to be the "Sierra Lodge" before it was purchased by Jim Kelley who renamed it the "TAHOE NUGGET" and reopened it for gaming in 1962. A fire damaged the building on July 1st, 1980 and was quickly rebuilt with the Brick front that you now see.
