After a few years of not playing in the club poker tournament I decided to enter this year. Boy what a disappointment. You only get 2500 in chips and the first round blinds are 100/200 with 15 minutes between rounds. I won a small hand early on and partially played in two more. After about 20 minutes our table was already down 5 players and one player had already done a rebuy. So they killed that table and sent us to other tables. I fold one or two hands and then along comes the next round and I have to put up 800 of my remaining 1200 in chips for the blind. I get an average hand and like two others go all in and of course lose it all. It is not losing that has me a little upset but the lack of starting chips and high blind limits. After 15 minutes you have to put in 25% of your starting stack every time the blinds come your way.
