Not familiar with Arcadia peacocks, but I've seen them in Vallejo and Fair Oaks to the north. Lots of screeching up there. I was once dive-bombed by parrots in Arcadia while looking for bricks and had to halt my journey. Presumably they are still there (the bricks and the parrots). Even offering them a cracker would not help.
