Hi, all. I’m not your President (nor a board member) yet, but one of the tasks I intend to take on once I’m installed as your President is taking a full inventory of everything that is in the CCA and MOGH storage units.

In order to avoid any accusations of shenanigans, I would like to see if I can get 2-5 volunteers to help me do this between June 22 and June 30. This will require your physical presence in the Las Vegas heat for a number of hours each day, probably over multiple days. I will have my computer with Internet access and power from an AC plug in my truck if power is not available on site.

I mainly need manpower to bring items from the storage unit to a table where items can be photographed, cataloged, and entered into my spreadsheet. We won’t necessarily be doing any evaluations on site, as the most important thing is just documenting what the club has. If you’re interested in helping out, send me an email or call me.
