I thought these would appropriate for today.
The second picture is of me and my son this morning atop the tank that sits in the center of Patton Park in Hamilton, Massachusetts. Named after the Patton family who resided (and still do reside) a few miles away.
There was a small but nice parade which led from the cemetary to the park with a 21 gun salute at each end of the parade- which my little guy loved.
I give my deepest respect for those who died defending our freedom. Happy Memorial Day.
