As the convention continues to draw nearer, here is another reason to love the South Point.

The South Point's Poker Room is a top notch 24 hour, non-smoking poker room.

I really enjoy how much time my gambling bankroll provides while sitting at a poker table. Playing in a $100 or $200 tournament at South Point is one of my favorite things to do while staying there during convention week!

They offer all of the most popular poker games with a variety of betting limits and it is great for a low-rolling poker player like me.
I have always found the dealers and staff to be excellent at running a smooth room, and have always enjoyed my time playing, win or lose.

They typically have a good variety of cash games running:
- $1-2, $2-3, $3-5 No-Limit Texas Hold'em
- $4-8, $8-16 Limit Texas Hold'em,
- $4-$8 Omaha 8/B,
- Mixed Games, Stud and Omaha also spread upon request.

My favorites are the daily tournaments (typically 4 of them each day at; 10 am, 2 pm, 6 pm and 10 pm with buy-ins of $100 and $200).
I always schedule 2 or 3 of these tournaments to play in.

Additionally, the South Point are excellent hosts for our Gene Trimble Memorial Tournament that will take place on Friday at 7pm.
This is also an excellent, excellent way to enjoy live tournament poker at a very reasonable cost.

Whether you are an avid poker player, or want to experience a live tournament for the first time, this is a great poker room!
