I agree that the club has several issues that have affected membership / revenue over the years. I’m not going to offer an opinion on the magazine other than it doesn’t represent the same level of importance to everyone. The one thing that the club has that is universally valued is the chip guide. I believe it is the only thing the group has that can be monetized to help with the revenue/ membership decline. My personal opinion is that the chip guide accessibility should only come through membership to the organization in some form. You have 17,000 pcf members looking up chips on a CCA provided resource for free. I suggest restricting access to members only. You could provide a limited number for free if you wanted , but full access with membership would be force collectors to help pay for the club resources.
