Gene Mc Carlie had the Gold Club from ‘78-‘79 after
Pick Hobson. I don’t think it changed much. He also
had the High Sierra that was previously Howard Johnson’s
nearby. He spent the time in Las Vegas and was good
friends with gambler Billy Walters. I think he was involved
in foreign gaming.
