Hard to see our folks go like this. I lost my father to dementia last October, he knew who I was until the very end which was a blessing. Another blessing is most deaths caused by dementia are fairly peaceful, my dad went to sleep and that was it. Hopefully Fred will do the same. We will keep you and the rest of the family and his friends in our thoughts and prayers. Hopefully we see you in June...
