The billboard aircraft that Dick showed is a DC-7. The Hacienda bought a fleet of passenger airplanes (DC-3's and DC-7's) for junket flights.
The airplane (still hanging at the airport, now Harry Reid International) is a Cessna that the Hacienda used to set an endurance record and gained great publicity at the time. It is an exhibit that is part of the Museum there, that is one of the 3 Clark County Museums, previously managed and curated by our friend of the hobby, "The Beard of Knowledge," Mark Hall-Patton.
