Based on the info you provided I think it could be a new variety or possibly the hotstamp was mis-struck and the Del Webb's was left off.
Are both sides of the chip missing the Del Webb's ?? If yes probably a new variety !! I don't have one without the Del Webb's in my collection. All my chips have Del Webb's on them.
