I worked at Caesars Tahoe from 1980-1983 in the showroom and dealt with ashtrays all the time. Never saw that one. To me Las Vegas is a maybe. My gut is telling me. It might be from Caesars Atlantic City. They always seemed to do more plain looking things to me. Just a guess
