I contacted the seller in France, who said he will file a claim and either search to see if he has a replacement or, if not, will refund me.... and, his last email said he will send me a replacement "item" which I am good with. The original chip is Bone and unlisted and, he has another unlisted Bone on his shop page so, maybe I will get that... This is a seller several of us have bought from and have done real well.
