(My one and only), I can answer some of your questions.

Based on the club constitution which can not be changed without an amendment, election ballots are mailed to each “Charter Member, Regular Member, and Life Member”

They are not mailed to associates

In that same constitutional documents under Associate members it shows that associate members are allowed to vote.

In fact on the Ballot itself (which honestly had very few words on it) it clearly states to put the names of Members AND Associates on the back of the envelope when mailing them in.

The ballots are delivered to the members in the magazine and as you know associated don’t get a magazine which is why associate membership is priced so low.

To help people who are unable to make copies of the ballots mailed to them we always post the ballot from on the club website so people can easily print them out.

So, it’s not that leadership has failed us, these are the rules in the constitution which I believe was originally formed under Archie’s administration many years ago.

With that being said it is too late to mail ballots to anyone as the magazine was sent to the printer and mailed many weeks ago.
