This C&S-type w/o reeded edge has crosshatching ~~

~~~ running over the face of the slug and inlay, but I can not see beneith in inlay; though those chips I've had with popped inlays had both crosshatching and circles (both being concave for suction) beneith the inlay.

This chip is in "like-new" condition... and I have several C&S chips in "unused" (right out of the box) condition w/o reeded edges that have full crosshatching over the complete face.

Some had crosshatching. Some did not.
