There is a Legends Bay Grand Opening $5.00 chip from Sparks that is pretty cool. I almost used that chip (first picture below) as the clue for the raffle ticket giveaway, but I felt it would have been too difficult to figure out. It's a newer casino and only the Grand opening $5.00 and $100.00 Chip have that image. Regardless, a cool chip in my opinion.

So on to the Non Chip Related Bird Stuff - NCRBS

Y'all might remember my post that had pictures of the Killdeer bird nest and the parent birds. So, we have baby birds now!!! I think they hatched on Monday if my memory serves me correctly. There is a bit of sad news though - only three birds hatched. For some reason one egg was left and never hatched. These little baby killdeer aren't like normal baby birds that stay in the nest for a while. I guess because they are ground nesters the babies immediately leave the nest and run all over the place. The family moved across the street for a night and the started making their way down the gravel road over the next day. I took these pictures of the bird family while I was mowing our field. They are pretty cute. It's kinda funny how much they look like miniature adults even being only a couple days old.
